Forest Parks are oriented at leisure tourism and protection of the environment,which are important bases for parameter estimation and adjustment of the financial evaluation of the forest park construction projects.Some factors of impact are analyzed to measure projects internal financial return rate.These factors include resource constraints,industry input,lifecycle of projects,design of management system,technology investment in environmental protection,resource development and utilization and so on. |
