| 【摘要】 |
以木材加工业为代表的林业第二产业是衡量一国林业发展水平的重要指标,三板产业在中国木材加工业中具有重要的核心地位。文章通过对中国三板产业的行业调查,分析了三板产业的区域分布状况及目前存在的问题。研究认为,集聚于长三角、珠三角及环渤海区域的中国三板产业严重依赖于东部省份的工业优势,以低附加值为代表的加工贸易发展模式面临产业升级及产业转移的巨大压力。从产业转移、转型升级及国际规则等方面就中国三板产业的可持续发展提供了相关政策建议。 |
