实现外贸的持续发展是江苏从外贸大省向外贸强省转变的内在要求,江苏外贸持续发展面临的问题在于对外资过于依赖、低价策略难以为继、核心技术和自主出口品牌缺失等方面。从加强对外商投资的引导、鼓励内资企业开展对外贸易、培育外贸的竞争优势、加快加工贸易转型升级等方面考查,江苏需要积极培育外贸竞争优势,转变外贸增长方式,促进外贸持续增长长效机制的形成。 |

To achieve sustainable development is the inherent requirement of Jiangsu′s foreign trade change from big to strong.Jiangsu′s foreign trade is facing series of problems which restrict the sustainable development,such as over-reliance on foreign capital,unsustainable low prices strategy,lack of core technology and independent export brands.It is necessary to foster trade competitiveness,change trade growth model and promote long-term growth mechanism. |
