福建省邵武市林业服务中心是适应集体林权制度改革后建立新型林业社会化服务体系而建立的,通过完善机构设置,加强相关制度建设,为林农和社会搭建了服务平台。但在运行过程中仍然存在定位不清、权责不明、服务主体供给单一、制度不健全等问题,为此需要准确定位,明确职责,建立政府、市场、社会三位一体的新型林业社会化服务体系,同时加强其制度建设。 |
