Based on the analysis on the regional economy development differences in Jiangsu province,the author points out that the development of forestry industry affects the focuses of collective forestry property rights system reform,peasants income differences the willingness of it,marketization level the depth of it.What s more,the suggestions and measures have been offered on collective forestry property rights system reform and smooth promotion. |
