综合运用制浆造纸、林业经济和管理科学的理论、方法和技术,研究了实施造纸工业循环经济发展战略的各种模式,提出了5种逐步递升的循环经济模式,7类影响模式优化的主要条件,以及模式优化的4个阶段,探讨了实现模式升级和优化的正确路径,为我国造纸工业循环经济的发展提出了科学的战略设想和优化方案。 |
