森林保险被认为是市场经济条件下风险管理的主要手段。针对当前森林保险发展缓慢的主要原因,提出运用ART技术设计价格低廉、风险稳定的森林保险产品,通过保险风险证券化对一些传统保险合约不予保险的风险提供保障,为有效解决森林保险发展缓慢这一难题提供一个新的解决办法。 |

In market economy, forestry insurance could be described as the main risk management financial measure. Aimed at the result of forestry insurance’s slowly development, we point out how to using ART to design a new forestry insurance product which is cheaply and sub stably. And using securitization give the guarantee to insurance risk which traditional insurance contract could not protect. It provide a new viewpoint to solve the issues about the slowly development of forestry insurance. |
