林业产业结构的调整方向和目标是合理化和高度化。在对南平市进行实地调查的基础上,通过案例研究和系统分析,指出南平市林业三次产业内部结构调整,其战略重点是以第二产业的调整为依托,来带动第一产业的发展,并快速提升第三产业的发展。林业第一产业调整的重点在于建立资源培育长效机制;第二产业调整应围绕技术创新、清洁生产和实施名牌战略;第三产业调整要以林业社会化服务为基础,重点发展森林旅游业。 |
