从"技术转移"、"自主创新"等理论入手,分析利用跨国家具公司的"技术溢出"效应,阐述在我国家具制造业实施"技术转移"的紧迫性和重要意义。通过回顾外商投资家具企业在我国的发展历程,着重剖析了在我国家具制造业实现"技术转移"存在的主要问题,并提出了推进我国家具制造业"技术转移"的对策建议。 |

The author first describes the importance and necessity of utilizing Technology Transfer in China 's furniture industry.He then reviews the influx of foreign investment in China 's furniture companies and analyzes the resulting problems.Finally,he makes some suggestions for encouraging expanded use of Technology Transfer for China 's furniture industry. |
