林业外资投资及我国林产品市场的特点,决定了目前我国林业外资投资的创造效应相对替代效应来说表现得更为明显,相应地促进了林产品贸易和出口的快速增长,而对进口的影响则较弱。不过,现阶段林业外资投资的增加对林产品出口贸易结构改善的影响并不大,因此有必要采取措施改变这种状况。 |

Foreign investments increase quickly in recent years and cause the increase of export of forestry product while have weak influence on its import because of the character of foreign investment and the character of forest product market,which decides that the effect of creating of foreign investments is more than its effect of substituting.However,the forestry foreign investment don't change the export of forest product and it's necessary to take some measures to change this situation. |
