在研究林业站职能转变大背景的基础上,从林业站的工作目标、林业生产过程两个方面对林业站职能进行分析。结果表明,林业站的部分职能已经无法与其自身的能力和社会的需求相适应。提出了基层林业站职能转变的方向,指出林业站进一步改革中应注意的问题。 |
