从系统性、导向性、科学性、可比性、简明性五个方面,提出建立林纸一体化模式评价指标体系应遵循的原则;运用专家讨论法确定影响林纸一体化模式和谐性的主要因素及其有向连接关系;在此基础上求得评价系统可达矩阵并进行划分,建立林纸一体化模式和谐性结构模型;根据解释结构模型构建起用于衡量林纸一体化模式和谐性状况的3级递阶评价体系,并从环境和谐性、组织和谐性和市场和谐性3个方面对评价体系的相关指标进行了具体阐释。 |
