在对南平市进行实地调查的基础上,通过案例研究和系统分析,提出要实现南平林业"十一五"规划目标,促进林业第二产业健康发展,实现集约型增长,应该全盘统筹,侧重从科学制定产业发展规划,大力发展主导产业;通过技术创新,延长产业链;推行清洁生产,提供绿色林产品;实施名牌战略,提升产品价值;培育产业集群,提高林业竞争优势等方面采取相应措施,积极应对。 |
