为了加快林业的发展,我国林业领域投资政策逐步放开,广阔的林产品市场对外资形成了巨大的吸引,林业外资投资逐步增多。但实证分析表明,现阶段林业外资的技术溢出效应并不明显,因此有必要采取相应措施,在加大引资力度的同时,增加林业外资的技术溢出效应,从而推动林业产业的快速发展。 |

In order to develop the forestry,the policy of investment opens step by step,and the foreign investment are increasing,because of the big market in China.However,spillover efficiency of forestry foreign investment are not apparent,so it's necessary to take some measures to raise the spillover efficiency of forestry foreign investment to develop the forestry industry while increasing foreign investment. | |
