本文在对江苏省林木种苗科技产业化现状描述的基础上 ,指出了其在种苗科技产业化中存在的政府在市场经济中的角色定位错误、政府资金投放方向的偏差、种苗生产缺少标准化和检验机构缺位、种苗科技实用性差 ,科研队伍不稳定、知识产权保护不力等问题。 |

These problems are point out in the industrialization of the forestry's seeds in this paper,which based on descriptions of the forestry's seeds industrialization in Jiangsu province,that mis-orientation in the market of government,the wrong direction of the capital usage,scarcity of the criterions of the business,and instability of the system of popularization of forestry technology,etc. |
