| 【摘要】 |
生态城市建设是实现城市经济社会可持续发展的重要目标,研究生态城市建设经济效益评价对城市的规划发展具有重大的指导意义。笔者分析了生态城市的内涵及国内外生态城市建设的现状,从构建生态城市的评价指标体系着手,提出了对生态城市的投入成本与产出效益进行动态评价和敏感性分析的思路,为生态城市建设及选择优先的投资领域和最佳方案提供一定的科学依据。 |
