It's related to ecological security.Based on the analysis of the current situation of wetland development,utilization and legislation in China,this paper points out some ideas about evaluation of the legislation on wetland protection,establishment of wetland protection administration,and the legal system for wisely utilizing and protecting wetlands. | |
