贸易与环境保护的关系体现为贸易自由化对环境保护的效应,同时也存在环境监管及保护对贸易可持续发展的影响。自由贸易对环境保护的正效应正在加大,而环境因素通过影响成本调整贸易结构,对于贸易可持续发展是有效的。从环境保护与外贸发展的经济学角度出发,外贸可持续发展评价指标体系设计应重视对外贸易生态效益评价指标及对外贸易资源效益评价指标。 |
