从良种的供应和使用、育苗及造林、市场和营销体系、科技投入和成果转化等方面对江苏省林木种苗总体现状和科技化程度进行了分析,并对良种和良苗价格倒挂、种苗科技成果转化静态上技术供给线路不畅、科技与经济分离和体制上产生的种苗科技成果集成化动态上供给不足等一系列问题进行了研究,认为实现江苏省林木种苗科技产业化发展的关键在于解决现代林木种苗集成化的科技成果的培育,林木种子和苗木的生产、市场的规范引导,以及由整合产业链和技术链带来的资金问题。 |
