| 【摘要】 |
系统的结构决定系统的功能 ,对江苏省林业产业结构进行战略性调整既是江苏林业产业发展战略的重要组成部分 ,又是实现总体战略的重要保障措施。本文首先分析了江苏林业产业结构的现状与问题 ,然后针对这些问题研究了产业结构调整的战略目标和战略方案体系。进一步地 ,就林业三次产业之间和各产业内部的结构调整 ,进行了深入具体的研究 ,得出了符合江苏林业产业实际情况的一整套产业结构调整的战略方案 ,从而为政府部门的管理决策提供具有实际应用价值的参考建议。 |
