China Agricultural Economic Review (CAER) is delighted to announce the 5th CAER-IFPRI Annual Conference is slated to be held in Wuhan (China), October 17-18, Huazhong Agricultural University. The 2013 conference is aiming to explore the related issues and countermeasures of agricultural and rural development in both China and the rest of the world. Internationally renowned scholars and policy makers will be brought together to present and discuss their insights and suggestions. • Please submit your manuscript on

• All submissions will be peer reviewed. Author(s) of the accepted papers, or at least
one of them, are required to register and present their work at the conference.
Publication and Certificate
The conference will compile a proceedings before the conference, and the organizer will select the high-quality conference papers to be published in the journal. The Conference Certificate can be issued on a need base.
